A Proud 501(c)3 non-profit organization (EIN: 06-1830227)

Nations for Generations is a non-profit organization focused on students and young adults with disabilities who are aging out of the system. We walk alongside them with community-based engagement, developmental skills training, and lifestyle skills coaching — helping every individual build a confident, independent path into adulthood.

To empower students and young adults with disabilities aging out of the system by providing community-based engagement, developmental and lifestyle skills training, and dependable care services — equipping every individual with the tools, confidence, and support to thrive independently.

A future where every student and young adult with a disability has access to transitional care and housing, lifelong community, and the opportunity to live with dignity, purpose, and independence — leaving no one behind as they age out of the system.

Dependable, compassionate care — giving students structure and parents peace of mind.
One-on-one and small group academic support tailored to each student's learning style and pace.
A safe, structured, and engaging environment for students immediately following the school day.
Reliable weekend sitting and enrichment care, giving parents and caregivers well-deserved relief.

Our future goal is to provide Transitional Care and Housing for students aging out of the system — creating a safe, supportive bridge between school-based services and independent adult life. This next chapter will offer continued developmental support, life-skills coaching, and a true community home for young adults with disabilities.
